Scream Queens Season 2 Episode 1 review!

Full Review/Overview. Will do the whole series!

The Chanels are back for Season 2, including Hester Ulrich (Lea Michele), Zayday Williams (Keke Palmers), Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Chad Radwell (Glen Powell)

And newer cast includes: Ingrid Hoffel (Kirstie Alley), Dr. Cassidy Cascade (Taylor Lautner), Dr. Brock Holt (John Stamos) and Chamberlain Jackson (James Earl)

The main story for Season 2:
Dean Munsch buys an abandoned hospital, where she recruits Brock Holt and Cassidy Cascade, + medical student Zayday Williams, and the Chanels. But not all goes well, because a new killer is on the loose and he/she strikes yet again.


First Episode Plot:

The first minutes start off in October 31st, 1985, in the hospital (which Munsch buys later). There's a Halloween party going on, but a patient needs help. The doctors promise that they will do an operation on him, but instead they just drug the patient and throw the body in the nearby swamp. To make sure nobody knows who dumped the body into the swamp, the main doctor throws his costume into the swamp, with the body, and then they just go off to celebrate the party.

Now we go into 2016, and are introduced to Cassidy Cascade and Brock Holt as the main doctors in the facility. They have to treat a woman who has Hypertrichosis AKA WEREWOLF SYNDROME. Munsch also is introduced as this rich and famous woman, who made money off from the whole incident back in the Kappa house. Dean tells how she forgot about the Chanels and what happened to Hester. In the flashback, we are re-introduced to Denise, who now works as an SPECIAL FBI AGENT. Denise, who filmed Hester saying that she did all the killings, got her arrested and is later in the asylum with The Chanels + the rest of the cast.

Some time later, the Chanels are in the hospital, working as ''Doctors''. They wanna impress Munsch, and then they find a cure for the woman with Hypertrichosis. The treatment works, but then the woman loses all of her hair and the Chanels get yet another good idea. They decide to give a makeover to her. Chanels turn her into a 7th version of themselves, with the big furry jacket, brown hair and the usual ''Chanel'' things. Later on, Chanel 1 and 3 go on a date with the doctors, while Chanel 5 is left to work in the graveyard shift.

She decides to give the ''makeover lady'' a hydrotherapy bath, but instead of waiting for her, Chanel 5 takes a bath also, but the baths are locked, so they can't move. 1 hour goes by, and then The Green Devil comes in and walks slowly near the baths, scaring both Chanel and the makeover lady. They both scream and at the end makeover lady gets her head chopped off, while Chanel is screaming, and then the screen turns black, not knowing if Chanel 5 survives or not.

Chanels. THE BEST EVER!!

The Review:

BEST EPISODE EVER. THEY STEPPED IT UP LIKE 100%.  Kudos to the makers!
It is 10/10, so good. The beginning to the end, pure perfection. All the actors were 10/10, the story is good, the new characters are good, and the best part: IT IS PACKED WITH COMEDY/KILLS/NO MORE GRACE!!!/CHANELS 10/10 pure comedy. I was laughing a lot, which I didn't get with season 1 ep 1.

Season 2 is promising, and will be 100% better than Season 1. The writers made a good story, the characters now are funnier and even the people who aren't ''main characters'' will be missed.
(R.I.P the makeover lady) I can't wait for episode 2, etc... + Hester is returning, so that means more killing and more comedy.

The only thing I hated: NO Denise in the 1st episode. (besides the flashback), but gladly she returns in episode 2, as the guard for Munsch.

Overall:

Acting 10/10         Story 10/10      Episode 10/10         Characters 9/10       Chanels 11/10

I can't wait for episode 2, cause all old cast members will be there, like Chad, Denise, Hester (maybe)

A deaf Taylor Swift fan, The Red Devil? This is the Scream Queens episode 1 Review

Another day, yet another new TV show, and yes this is a ''horror'' show.

Scream Queens aired yesterday with an ''2 hour'' episode (Even though it was only 87,71 minutes AKA 1 hour and 27,71 minutes.) But let's just go over the simple ''facts'' or let's just see what kind of a show did we (the viewers) get!

                     ''Dean''-Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis),

Looking like the Powerpuff Girls..(The 3 Chanel's)

Episode 1 Overview/Summary:
The year 1995, a sorority sister gave birth to a baby in the Kappa House and afterwards died of loosing too much blood. Fast forwards to 2015, we are introduced to the Chanel's AKA Chanel Oberlin and her minions Chanel #3 and Chanel #5. We find out that the Chanel's aren't the nicest people and the Dean still suspects that Chanel Oberlin killed an sorority sister, so she could become the new leader.
A little time later, we also get introduced to the other characters like the pledges, the maid, etc..The plot gets a little twisted when the queen bitch kills her maid by sticking her face in the fryer (Even though it had to be a prank, but someone turned the fryer on and Chanel didn't know). All the sisters witness the murder, but nobody couldn't tell. Later on, they all hide the dead body in a freezer and think that nobody would know, but soon enough the body goes missing.

Best Character ever! Needs to have a comeback..

With a body missing, Chanel thinks that the maid is alive and is now out to get her and the other pledges. Being so afraid, she wants to do an blood oath with her minions, but that gets canceled, because of distractions and a sister has an STD.
Chanel #4 can't take the oath and tries to leave, but soon enough gets killed in a typical, but a funny way. After the kill and arguing and everything, the main Chanel makes Chanel #3 and #5 in charge. So they just bury the pledges in the ground (with their heads sticking out) and think that it's a good idea to leave them out the whole night without any protection.
Soon enough the killer returns with a grass cutting car and yep, the funniest character AKA deaf Taylor Swift gets killed.

Overall on episode 1:

It was a good first episode, for a show like this. It was scary, really funny, kinda idiotic and had 3 deaths. So what's so bad about that? The acting was also really good and Jamie Lee Curtis still knows how to act. The first episode was kinda like a mix of Scream, Mean Girls, Clueless, a hint of American Horror Story season 3 and the part where the head got mowed off felt like it was from Wrong Turn 5.
I am like overall so happy how the first episode came out and I will give it 4/5 stars, because it was kinda scary, it was hilarious, the death scenes were just.. the best ever... And like almost every character was likable (-the Chanel minions)

The only thing I disliked about this episode was that 3 good characters got killed. Like deaf Taylor Swift was so funny and should have stayed for 6 episodes at least. And even though I ain't a big fan of Ariana Grande, I must say that I enjoyed her acting, but also she was removed way too early. (They should have removed a different Chanel..) Plus- the maid was like kinda funny, so would have liked to see her even more!

But in all good ways, I will say that this episode was almost perfect, but it might come off as too obvious sometimes (like people who might get killed etc..). And even though this show has the ''typical stereotypes'', I must say also that it's kinda fun to watch how almost every character is a stereotype we would see in movies.


So if you enjoy HORROR, Mean Girls etc, then go check this show out! It is really rad and I hope this gets a season 2! I really really enjoyed it!


(I will continue writing reviews and other stuff, but I wanted to do this ''article'', because I felt that Scream Queens would be perfect for my ''horror''/movie blog thingy.. And also I'll try to continue writing ANTM cycle 22 episode reviews and I know I'm a little behind on that, but I will try my best to fit all the episodes that I left out into a huge big old pile..)

America's Next Top Model: Cycle 22 episode 3 review/overview

Another week, another episode of Antm cycle 22.
Lets just jump right into the overview:
The episode starts where the last weeks episode left off from. The models had to walk the high catwalk and determine whether they get to be in the top 14 or not. So they all ''tried their luck'' and the top 14 were picked.
After that, the models went to their mansion and started drinking and then yet again, Bello couldn't stand Devin and made some comments about him.


The following day, Tyra paired the models up like this:

And then the models had a lesson on ''having a good and a bad no neck monster'' on pictures and Tyra used animals as examples (Like owls or giraffes and so) and then the models had to practice their neck movement.

After practice, the models started their shoot and some of them struggled and some of them were great. And some of them just struggled so badly that it was so hard to watch (Especially Hadassah..)
After the photo shoot, the models were in their house and Courtney got emotional, because Mikey said some ''comments'' about her. She couldn't stand Mikey and told him to leave, but Mikey kinda felt like he wasn't talking anything bad about her and he has helped her out a lot, but thought that Courtney didn't get it.. Plus Mikey told Ava to shut up and yes, she got offended by that (I would've too, because like he was rude as fuck..)



After the ''drama'', it was judging time. The judging is different this cycle (no social media this time. Yes! Because the people would've voted off the wrong person.) The judges didn't see many good pictures and they probably weren't happy with that, but I was impressed with everyone almost. Some models got bad critique and some got good feed back. After judging the pictures, it was time to find out who stays and who goes home.
Delanie and Stefano were in the bottom 2 and sadly Delanie was the first one to go home.
(It was kinda unfair and like I was surprised, because like I felt that she could've done so much more and why did they leave Stefano in the competition?)

Top 14 (I'm #TeamCourtney, #TeamMame, #TeamNyle, #TeamLacey)

My ''top 3'' pictures. Courtney did so good and I just loved her shoot! I was surprised that she was so low.. And I don't even know how Devin got first photo, but at least he gets more attention?

So lets just talk about this weeks episode.. I liked this episode, I did not love it tho. I still felt like it was too rushed or something and it was kinda like cheaply filmed. (Hard to explain but you will get it if you watch it..) However I liked the photo shoot theme and like the new judging way.. It is so much better than the last 2-3 cycles!
It's hard to rant about this episode, because there wasn't anything happening and there wasn't so much drama.. Plus, I just want to say that they made a wrong decision having Stefano stay and Delanie leave.. Like why? Her picture was better and Stefanos picture was just boring and the picture was over edited and looked kinda cheap.
I don't have anything else to say, just hoping for a much more better episode next week!!!

PS- I hope that Courtney wins this competition.. And if she gives up then her fans won't be happy.. Really rooting for her and she can do it.

I'm awfully sorry if the review was too short or boring, I'm gonna try to make it more interesting next week! I really hope the next weeks episode will be more exciting and yeah, can't wait to review it and write about it.

America's Next Top Model Cycle 22 episode 2 ''overview/review''

I need a better start picture.. 

Well yet again we get a new episode of ANTM cycle 22..
Let me just start off by saying; Why won't they start doing the photos right after the first episode? Like really, we know who are in the top 14 and everything, so why not get right into the challenges and photo shoots? (It was fun to watch the second episode, but it felt like they are making 3 ''opening episodes''... It is bothering me too much..)


Before I go into the rant and everything, let's start with the episodes overview:

Am I the only one who doesn't know who they are?

The top 22 get into their new house, then they are introduced to the twin brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott. (I don't know who they are, so for me it wasn't anything exciting..) But the models were quite excited.. The models were also introduced to the new house/mansion and I must say that the house looked kinda smaller and a little like cheaper than the last cycles houses..

Also they find out that there aren't so many beds in the house and some of them will decide if they sleep with other people or sleep on a couch or on the floor.. (And you know that there are the men who are like: Hey girl come let's sleep in the same bed, I don't mind sharing a bed..)

After exploring the house, the models will go and have their first challenge (A pose off) and the winner will get to stay in the Tyra Sweet. Mame wins and some people start to think that she is already so arrogant, because she won and so.. But Mame like posed her ass off, so she deserved the win and Ava was actually really good with her poses also!

Why did you have to leave? Alexa for Antm 23!!!

The following day, the semifinalists go to Universal CityWalk and pose in front of a crowd ''semi naked''. They have their hashtags in the shoot and they have to cover up their private parts.. But then Alexa realizes that the competition is hard and she can't stand it and she just went home (I was hoping that she could stay, because I was team Alexa..)
After Alexa left, the models start shooting and Devin has a breakdown after doing so badly.. Bello doesn't believe ''his fake crying'' and just start an argument. (I'm sure that they would've fought if they could, because OMFG, Bello looked like he would kick his ass or something..) And so nothing else happens and that same night the judges just decide who will be in the top 14.. In the morning, the models arrive in a shipyard and they need to walk on containers and then they will find out who gets to stay and who needs to go.. And then the episode ends with an cliffhanger..

Who else is #TeamMame ?

So the problem here is that why do they have to expand the 1st episode so long that in the 3rd episode, we will find out who gets to stay and who goes.. Like we already know the top 14.. So yeah.. Plus the other thing is that the episode was just like so boring.. We only got to see a little bit of the photo shoot and their main focus was to show how the models get into their mansion and so.. Like it was so boring and it would be funner if they could just go right into the challenges and the real photo shoots, not expand the 1st episode for so long.. (It's unnecessary, at least for me..)

(The thing that made me cringe the most in the episode was when Hadasha said: You can't do this, you can't drink out of a bottle, don't eat stuff with your hands, don't watch me in a ''weird'' way from a distance.. Like really this part was just so cringe worthy. I couldn't even. Like I'm surprised that anyone didn't hit her or something, because it was just.. So annoying..)

I wasn't so like excited for the second episode and I wished it could've been like better, plus like they need to have some more creative photo shoots in the next episodes..
So is this episode worth watching? Yes, because you will see what happens with the other models and so, but I will have a feeling that you might get bored with this episode. Yes there is drama, yes there are good photos taken and such, but it just fell flat. (The only thing why I watched the second episode was because of Courtney and I love ANTM, so I couldn't skip a episode..)

Will he get his hair cut off? I don't think so.. 

I hope the next episode will be more fun and they need to get right into the challenges and shoots, so the viewers would be also like more excited for the next episodes!!!

I will give like 3 stars out of 5 (3/5), just because I got a little bored with the episode and they left the ep with an cliffhanger (which was so unnecessary), but everything else was quite okay. I wasn't like super excited, but it was an semi good episode and they showed Courtney, so that was fun!
(I will be excited for the makeover episode (which will be next week or a week after the next weeks episode)

America's Next Top Model Cycle 22 episode 1: Overview/Review

A new post and today I will be talking about the first episode of ANTM cycle 22.
The show aired yesterday 8/7c and a day later I got to see the first episode.. And I must say that it was a little rushed.. I was hoping for like a 1 hours episode, but instead we got 40 minutes.
But in that 40 min, we already got drama and people already started to flirt and fight and everything..

The new ''look'' for ANTM cycle 22

The episode started off with Tyra saying something about how the show is already almost done and we will see the 2 finalists walking off in the last catwalk.. So does that mean that the last episode will not be live? And they already have filmed the whole thing + the ending and there's a winner already?

After that, we will get right into the show and already we get the ''I'm the most hottest person in the competition and I will win it for sure'' type of people.. Which is fun to watch, because we all know that these kind of people will go home real early.
The models then go on a double decker bus and have their photo taken. The ''theme'' is swim suits and nothing quite else.

After taking the pictures, they will go to Hollywood Boulevard for a ''catwalk show'' where they have to walk in pairs. But the surprise is that when they walk back to the beginning, there will be people on the catwalk, trying to distract the models.. It's not a huge thing and I do not see how someone could get distracted by that, but at least they added something ''new'' to the first catwalk.. Nothing else quite happens, but some of the models do some weird things on the catwalk.. It was weird to watch..

#TeamCourtney, Courtney is the Selfie Queen! Or a ''tablet model''

Then the walk is over and we get to see the ''introductions'' and this was the best part, because there are so many different people in this show. Like we get a selfie queen (Courtney), a man with blue eyes (Bello) and a Jesus lover (Ava) and the list goes on and on and on..

We also got ''a lot'' of drama:
1-Bello Sanchez-es crown gets broken and Bello gets real mad. It was like rude how people broke someones thing, but it was also Bellos fault for giving his crown to everyone.
2-Stefano said how Alexa got her boobs done and her rich husband paid for all of that. And then Alexa just starts crying.. And nothing quite happens.

All the drama is over and then the other people get their introductions done and after all that, we will find out who gets to stay and who needs to leave.
The people have to find a ball with their name on it, in a foam pool..Out of 31 people, 22 could stay. And it was quite obvious who would stay and who would leave. And yes, there is gonna be a second cut in the next episode and 8 people will go home. By the way- why can't they make a 1 hour episode and then reveal the official cast of cycle 22? Because right now they made 2 ''first episodes'' and they tried to make it a surprise on who will get into cycle 22 and who leaves right before the real competition, but like it's pointless, because we already know who will be top 14.

So is this show worth watching? For me it is so much fun and I love ANTM! Like I can't wait for the second episode and to be totally honest, I grew up watching ANTM and even though the cycles have been going a little down and haven't been so ''good'', I still watch the show, because it is like my childhood show and if you hate ANTM then why are you still watching it?

For the first episode I will give 4 star out of 5, because the show was a little rushed and it wasn't like cycle 21, but I love this show, so go ahead and watch the first episode right now if you didn't catch it yesterday!
